Terms of Service

The rules governing your use of the 3 Patti Blue platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the 3 Patti Blue application ("App") and associated websites, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately uninstall the application and discontinue any use of our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your region) to register, deposit funds, or play on 3 Patti Blue. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that participating in online real-money gaming does not violate any local or regional laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including a valid phone number.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials and financial PIN confidential.
  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in suspicious activity.

4. Real Money Gaming & Risks

Using 3 Patti Blue involves betting with real PKR. You acknowledge that participating in these games inherently involves a financial risk and a possibility of losing money. 3 Patti Blue does not guarantee any winnings. You agree that you are playing voluntarily, at your own risk, and that the platform is not liable for your financial losses.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions are subject to internal processing and the policies of third-party payment gateways like JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or respective banks.

  • Deposits: Minimum deposit limits apply. Funds must be deposited from an account registered under your own name.
  • Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply. We aim to process withdrawals within 5-10 minutes, but delays may occur due to network congestion or mandatory security checks.
  • You are responsible for paying any taxes on your winnings required by your local laws.

6. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Policy

We are committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment. Any attempts to cheat, collude, use automated bots, exploit software vulnerabilities, or manipulate the platform’s Random Number Generator (RNG) are strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate account closure and confiscation of all funds without notice.

7. Intellectual Property rights

All content, graphics, algorithms, UI components, and software inherent to the 3 Patti Blue application are the exclusive property of our developers and are protected under copyright laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or modify our software.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 3 Patti Blue, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our platform. This includes losses due to internet disconnections, server outages, or payment gateway failures.

9. Changes to Terms

3 Patti Blue reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or on this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts. Please refer to our Contact Us page for dispute resolution.
